Every image in our collection has a story, so what is the story here?
This image was taken on one of those mornings that don’t come around too often in photography; a cloud inversion combined with a magical sunrise. We had battled through challenging tracks and the start of the rainy season in Guinea in our 1997 Land Rover Defender 300TDi to reach this special spot in the upper reaches of the highlands. We woke to a mesmerising view and managed to capture this meandering view of this one-of-a-kind place.
This print is part of our ‘Limited Time Prints’ and will be available for only one month from the airing date (14th June) of our Overland Travel Photography Adventure Film, Off Road Heaven. Check out the story and watch our journey through this mesmerising country here.
